A biotechnology company in Massachusetts is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Senior Business Analyst to their staff.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst will:

• Create business processes and understand existing systems
• Perform gap analysis
• Define future state process workflows and data models
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy
• Produce and deliver required documents
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• 4+ years of experience in the Life Science industry (Biotech, Medical Device, Pharma, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and/or Chemistry
• Proven skills in Business Analysis, including: Requirements elicitation; Data Analysis; Documentation; Vendor Management; Testing; User training; Process & Data Modeling; etc.
• Strong Understanding of SDLC
• Experience in R&D Informatics systems, such as LIMS, ELN etc.
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Agile background
• Experience with eLN, Data Integration, and/or Biopharma Operations
• Process Development experience
• Programming experience (AWS/Angular/Redshift)
• Working knowledge of Tableau or Spotfire
