What does this group do?
Centralized Business Support (CBS) Team Lead| Customer Experience & Support Team
Customer experience support team where support front office for corporate investment banking for Wells Fargo. Their group advocates for relationship managers. Their main focus is to identify areas where an opportunity for a centralized function can be worked out and have a work flow to intake request. Process it in front office. Allows their sales teams to focus on the client and the development of those relationship.
These roles will be in any area of support of remediation projects, or supporting their teams within the manager’s section. Will be an added utility to be able to move the work volume forward. Will be trained on how the initiative works.

Energetic individuals that have good time management skills.
Widows and Excel

Compiling data
Background in Finance or business management – PREFERRED
Learn the business, understand the business, and create their own path.
Open to recent grads, doesn’t have to have 2-3 years of experience. Could just have some type of work experience or an internship.
