Job Location: Bengaluru
Job Requirements :
– Experienced in working with major FS clients globally
– Good experience in Business analysis, and should have thorough knowledge on project lifecycle, BA deliverables and experience in Waterfall/Agile methodology
– Should have worked on regulatory projects with banks in US/UK geographies.
– Should have experience in doing Gap analysis for remediation exercise. Nice to have on contract/outsourcing remediation.
– Developed SOP/Playbook and contingency plans while remediating the gaps, must for seniors.
– Experienced in working in executing the playbook for remediation, for all levels
– Good communication skills & stakeholder management to work with different groups within the organisation to arrive at SOPs/Playbook
– Data analysis skills is a plus
– Should be willing to work in UK shift timings and client location.
