We are scouting for “Software Product EngineeringSoftware Product Development” champions (Software Product Engineer to VP-Engineering) for few of our clients who are market leaders in their technology products offerings.
The incumbent needs to be from Software Product Engineering Software Product Development background with 1 (One) to 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in Fintech, Insurance or Ecommerce domain.
The incumbents need to have a strong track record of accountability and outcomes spanning enterprise architecture, development management, new product & process innovation, business-technology alignment, etc.
You will be handling end- to- end responsibility in terms of leading the product inception & sprints planning, product design, technology architecture (MEANMERNFull-StackJAVAPHPPython), platform scalability, investment rationalization, deployment, ideation to product features to end-user delivery which includes : creating the mind-map, listing features & flow, finalizing front-end & backend technology to its deployment architecture, etc.
Skills and Qualifications :
– A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
– 2-15 years- software product development or programming experience
– A thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
– Extensive experience with Java, Python.
– Experience working with {{ LinuxUnix, Perl }} andor shell scripts
– The ability to analyze complex technical information
– Comfortability designing and implementing database structures to solve real-world problems effectively
– An awareness of current issues affecting the industry and its technologies
– Familiarity with UI toolkits and frameworks
– A meticulous and organized approach to work
– A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
– A thorough, detail-oriented work style
