The candidate will be a member of a global consulting team, playing a role in supporting enterprise database architecture projects, including Oracle and SQL Server database running on on-prem as well as Public Cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP)

Review and track Support Operations policies and business process

Analyze data and information to report key incidents metrics (KPI Reporting)

Learn and work with supporting analytical tools like POWER BI, Tableau to generate insights based on Incident data

Work closely with management to achieve outcomes based on company goals

Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements

Create monthly Incident operations reports to management on key findings and assessments

Knowledge Management, Process documentation Initiatives. Should be able to author business process documents

Manage designated operational processes as required

Track employee schedules and rosters

Ensure implementation of operations and information technology policies and procedures

Manage and Tracking schedule of operations

Necessary Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities :

Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university (BBA)

A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel; Basic VB knowledge preferred

Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
