Purpose

• We are looking for an Engineer – Machine Learning to help us build our AI/NLP based products.
• Your responsibilities include transforming datasets into useful features using ML/NLP techniques to solve problems pertinent to education.
• To succeed in this role, you should possess outstanding skills in statistical analysis, machine learning methods and text representation techniques.
• Your ultimate goal is to develop efficient self-learning applications.

Responsibilities

• Study and transform data science prototypes
• Select appropriate annotated datasets for Supervised Learning methods
• Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for AI/NLP tasks
• Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments
• Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models
• Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in AI/NLP tasks
• Remain updated in the rapidly changing field of machine learning

Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Ability to write robust code in Python, Java or R
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field; Master s degree is a plus
