Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Lead Developer – Tableau. The person should have hands-on experience in Tableau, creating BI Reports, Dashboards, Data Visualization and SQL. We are a group of dynamic and driven individuals. Responsibilities:
- Keep management updated: Should update the management on the status
- Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
- Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
- Take the lead: Able to debug the production issue quickly and provide the root cause analysis with resolution for the issue.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Expertise in handling all Tableau products (Desktop, Public, Server, Online, and Reader)
- Tableau Server experience including server setup and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs
- Good knowledge of databases (preferably Bigdata stack) and proficiency in SQL
- Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills (Oral & Written) & Client management skills
- Problem solving skills & good team player
- Years of Experience: 5+
- Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A
Additional responsibilities:
- Interact with Business Systems Analysts, users and business leads to understand Business needs.
- Responsible for data analysis and developing reporting specs
- Work closely with Business Systems Analysts, users to
- Create reports/dashboards using Tableau desktop.
- Create Prompts, Calculated Fields, customize Calculations, Conditions and Filter (Local, Global) for various analytical reports and dashboards.
- Create visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau
- Identify patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
- Writing complex SQL / Impala queries.
- Effectively used data blending, filters, actions, Hierarchies feature in Tableau.
- Experience on creating user groups, and scheduled instances for reports in Tableau.
- Building, publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards on Tableau server.
- Managing Tableau Server
- Deployment and integration testing of developed components in Development and Test environments.
- Support QA (resolve issues and release fixes) UAT and production support when required.
