Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and monitor outcomes.
• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality
• Ability to present information using data visualization techniques.
• Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, PYTHON, SQL etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

• Excellent written communication, leadership, analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent business partnership skills and exhibit the capability to collaborate across cross functional stakeholders driving advocacy.
