• Parse millions of resumes and find the best candidates.
• Data Capture from Resume; Switching Frequency, Candidate Persona, Customer Persona, Technology Persona.
• Demand Engine; Which customer is hiring for which tech, why do they select one type of candidate and reject others?
• Supply Engine; Which Company provides which tech skill engineers, why they are best, is its price, skills, and demographics we get what level engineers.
• Matching Engine; Current Demand and Supply matching is 30% we want to grow this to 95%
• Candidate Video Interview Processing and Check Competency
