JOB OVERVIEW:
- Member of a software engineering team working on the development of new Dynamic Insights dashboards
- The role involves technical leadership and development of reporting/insight applications.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops high quality software using agile techniques
- Provides technical leadership and contributes to the application architecture
- Drives technology and software development best practices into the team
- Works with the broader self-solve portal release train, release train engineer, product manager, architects, and the product owner to understand, estimate and refine the product backlog
- Participates in regular demonstrations of new work to the product owners and business stakeholders
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- 3 to 5 yrs of SFDC experience.
- 2 yrs hands on Tableau CRM exp
- Data manager (Data flow/Recipes design, Scheduler, Data connectors), Analytics studio, Advanced analytics (Discovery), Security configuration
- Exposure to customer facing dashboard and its integration with community portal.
- Knowledge on Aura/LWC
- Exposure to enterprise data analytics, optimization techniques
- Experience on large implementation of SFDC Einstein/Tableau CRM implementation.
- Exposure to integrating dashboard with lightning components.
- Exposure to Tableau CRM Web SDK Events and APEX SDK.
- Unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; technical curiosity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with distributed global team will be added advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work and deliver in global, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment.
