Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying data sources and defining data pipeline, segmentation, and performance engineering for scale
- Experience in building business reports and dashboards with latest data warehousing and BI tools such as Snowflake/ Cognos/ Tableu/Superset/PowerBI
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts and various analytical data models
- Familiarity with business domains such as healthcare/pharmacy
Details:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with complex/large enterprise BI/ETL/Data Warehouse projects, Big Decisions Sales Analytics a.k.a. Redshift and Databricks Platform
- Ability to perform Information Management assessments (review of needs, data quality, data security, etc.) and accurately estimate the implementation effort
- Awareness of emerging Data warehouse design approaches and the potential future impact to data warehouse architecture
- Advanced knowledge in Data warehouse dimensional modelling. Hands on knowledge with at least one Key ETL Market tool like Informatica Power Center, Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SSIS etc.
- Hands-on knowledge with at least one Key BI Market tool (IBM Cognos, SAP BO, Oracle BI, Tableau, MS Power BI, QlickView, SSRS etc.)
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Experience working in a geographically distributed team
- Experience with leading and mentorship of other team members
- Good knowledge of Agile Scrum
- Good communication skills
