Mandatory Skills
- Excellent knowledge for requirement gathering and analysis skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Excellent working experience with different teams like Development, QA, Analysts & Customers.
- Convert the customer requirements in the business solution implementation
- Closely working with customers and development team to ensure to maintain high quality of the business solution implementation for service now
- Maintain all the required documents and make sure it is available for the business users
- Lead Agile business requirement gathering sessions
- Ensure coordination with all other IT processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and expertise
- Technical knowledge of service now is added advantage
- Hands on experience with Service Now Modules like Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Web services, etc. will be added advantage.
- ITIL process knowledge is must. ITIL V3 foundation is an Add-on.
