Job Location: Chennai
Gather, analyze and define requirements from business units and facilitate JAD sessions with stakeholders to refine functional requirements.
- Create Requirements Specifications, User Stories, Use Case Diagrams, Wireframes, Process Flows, etc. using tools like Visio.
- Oversee and provide input to testing preparations and activities.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with the cross-functional business teams to ensure system alignment with the business requirement.
- Organize and lead handover sessions with the development and testing teams clearly explaining the requirements.
- Work and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
- At every stage, understand the needs of the stakeholders and work to fulfil them with appropriate solutions.
- Comprehensive support to all end-users and stakeholders through training and documentation.
- Manage changes to the existing systems from initial analysis to production deployments.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as deemed fit by management and business need.
