We are looking to hire a Sr Data Scientist (India) to help support our Data Science and AI/ML initiatives. You will be a part of a global all-remote Data Science and Engineering organization and will play an integral role in designing and developing our data-driven products and solutions.

As a Sr Data Scientist, you ll work closely with other Data Scientists, Data/Software Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders as you help us innovate new martech data products. What You ll Do

• Help support the data science vision by design and developing the next generation of marketing technology, models, and data products

• Closely collaborate other scientists and engineers leadership to relentlessly drive innovation and agility of our engineering teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct research, develop proof of concepts, and design solution

• Work on state-of-the-art large-scale data analytics and machine learning projects

• Build and operationalize predictive models leveraging recent advances in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and NLP

• Help develop data science standards and best practices that support experimentation, reproducibility, quality assurance, and MLOps

• Continuously evaluate the latest AI/ML technologies, packages, and frameworks in the data science ecosystem

• Contribute to the consolidation of our data and empower other teams with self-serve analytics

• Work closely with stakeholders on the data supply side (e.g. application engineers) and data demand side (e.g., BI analysts, data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams)

What You Need

• Expertise in Python, SQL, Machine learning

• Experience designing data pipelines (dataset preparation, data cleaning, and model training) for machine learning models training and inference

• Experience in deploying (API and Batch) ML models at scale in production

• Experience in running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.

• Experience working directly with engineering and product teams

• Familiarity with AWS stack preferred

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, Airflow, EMR, Flask, FastAPI, Docker is an added advantage

• Knowledge of NLP/Recommender Systems/RTB/martech is an added advantage
