Hiring Cloud Architect (Big Data) – Manager for one of the the leading US based IT Strategic Management Consulting firm.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of deep technical engagements including; Designing Cloud Data Management Application, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions to define new solutions and strategies.
- Assess new technologies in Cloud/Bigdata domains, be technology evangelist to suggest tools/frameworks/technology to leadership for best possible business outcome.
- Architect Analytics, DW/BI solutions for enterprise on popular Cloud platforms AWS / Microsoft Azure using Big data and related technologies.
- Lead architect and design solution for new business development opportunities.
- Act as SME on Public Cloud and related technologies for the project delivery team.
- Develop POV on new tools and technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree with specialization in Computer or IT or other computer related disciplines
- Overall Experience 12 to 15 Years
- Relevant Experience in Architecting Cloud and Big Data Solutions 3 to 4 Years
- Strong experience in end to end architecting large scale cloud migration engagements.
- Well versed with Spark development (SQL and/or Spark).
- Strong experience on Cloud Relational database (Aurora, RDS, SQL server), Columnar Database(Redshift, SQL Datawarehouse, Snowflake) and NoSQL database ( DynamoDB, osmosDB, MongoDB).
- Sound knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, is preferred.
- Proven Team handling experience is a must.
