Position Goals & Objectives
The successful candidate will be a key part of the Business Development Team and will work on multiple assignments of strategic importance to the organization.
This individual must be comfortable operating on tactical levels and coordinate with internal and outsourced teams in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Lead sales operations for 7.16 Mn Sqft portfolio (and growing) spread across 10 cities in India
2. Interact with the High Profile Internal Stakeholders aka the sales teams, to report sales metrics.
3. Investor relations – its number game all the way!
4. Planning and ideating Prop Tech product road map – testing the regal real estate world by leveraging technology is the key here.
5. Business Expansion – micro market analysis, market share and market sizing. We expect you to be a nerd! Research – primary, secondary even tertiary!
6. Financial Analysis – save the day by reporting revenues and running business forecast.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate industry, preferably from IPC.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office (excellent Excel skills) and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation skills.
- PG/Masters Degree (MBA, NICMAR (RE Specialization preferred)
