Urgently looking for Manager [Quality BI & MIS] with a Leading Brand in Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We need candidate who is strong in BI & MIS (preferably worked on Tableau / MS Access / SQL and having experience within)
- Facilitate Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance in all VACs and avoid service penalties as applicable
- Ensure on- time and error-free reporting of all performance reports
- Analysis and intelligence from data by looking at trends
- Real-time flagging of issues by looking at data
- Data warehousing for all performance metrics across the region
- Ensure all the MIS are accurate & as per the standard reporting requirements stated by internal as well as external customers
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting of client & internal MIS, ad hoc data/information & analysis requests.
- Ensure that all the automation requirements are identified
- Take initiative for continuous process improvements & provide new innovate solutions
- Enhance skill & knowledge of self & team members through training & acquire the necessary certifications
- Judicious use of natural resources
- Shall adhere to environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
