JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Creation of Operations MIS for all business verticals both for internal stakeholders and the clients
- Publishing daily, weekly and monthly client performance reports & presentations covering all service delivery metrics timely and accurate
- Understanding, management expectations and customizing the dashboards
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and organize the same using tools such as SQL and advanced excel.
- Gathering and transforming business requirements into functional requirements.
- Creating presentations with insights for clients and senior management consumption.
- Planning & Execution of daily activities of your reporting authorities.
- Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/ data on time.
- Preparation of periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.
