Skill Set

• Java / Spring / microservices. Python skills will be a plus.
• Ability to analyze, debug and understand complex legacy code and project structures and the ability to upgrade those projects to modern build systems and libraries.
• Strong Communication, attention-to-detail, time management & ownership skills with exposure to working in a fast-paced, dynamic global setup.
• Experience in the financial domain is desirable.

Qualifications/Criterion

• Around 10 to 17 years work experience with strong team management skills with ability to lead and deliver on multiple initiatives.
• 5-7 years experience in designing, developing and supporting high volume, low latency enterprise level systems using Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information science preferable.
