Roles and Responsibilities

Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.Perform data analysis for generating reports to improve accuracy, efficiency and
consistency on a periodic basis.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
Account wise and category wise analysis of customer purchase data (10,000+ line items,2,000+vendors) to identify and maximize share of business.
Baseline current customer spend and develop insights regarding value proposition of Company.
Monitor and report progress regularly to account management teams
Identify & develop standard processes that address account management requirements.
Develop innovative approaches to review effectiveness of account management.
Improvement of TAT in contract renewal data analysis.
Manipulate large data sets to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions. Clean,aggregate and organise data.
Make recommendations to drive business decisions.

2 Years of work experience into Business Analysis role and 2-

3 Years of work experience in procurement/manufacturingindustry Essential
