Roles and Responsibilities
o Would need to develop and apply analytical algorithms and methods
where possible with a view of driving sales, improve customer
service and productivity.
o Identify data patterns & trends and provide insights to enhance
business decision making capability.
o Translate data into consumer behavioural insights to drive targeted
marketing, campaign analytics and segmentation strategies
o Work on prospect driven Acquisition Strategy
o Develop Machine Learning Models for Propensity and Lead
Optimization
o Analytics deep dive in the critical areas such as business
performance, productivity, campaign efficiency etc
o Collaborate with business to understand requirements
