Job Location: Kolkata
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct primary & secondary research and assist the academics team to incorporate necessary changes in our existing program content
- Assist the instructional plan (course outline or syllabus) for the course(s) we are delivering and ensure that it meets training partner and Skillenable’s standards.
- Manage the batch and update the classroom details on a daily basis.
- Maintain student wise performance tracker and update the same with the respective trainer
- Assess students’ progress by grading assignments, tests, and other work
- Prepare/review the presentation 4-5 days prior to the lecture commencement
- Prepare the project & content work, depending upon the requirement of the curriculum, and submit the same to the academics team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in course management and execution of different batches under an educational institution. Ability to promptly take feedback and instruction and implement it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Open to new learnings and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up culture.
- Proficiency in documentation, tracking & conferencing tools – Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gantt Charts, Zoom
- Should have the knowledge of the following tools:
- Advanced Excel
- VBA
- Tableau
- Python
- Tensorflow
- SQL
- R
