• To execute end to end transformation/Improvement projects

• To collect data about current procedures, outputs, and metrics to develop a baseline of how the company works based on the understanding of the current system

• To be able to perform end to end process dissection and suggest improvements

• To use theoretical modeling to predict the results of those changes prior to implementation of the new design

• To conduct product evaluations and identify suitable solutions

• To be able to map lead lifecycle and identify areas of improvement.

• Must have done projects on Quality improvement amp; Revenue improvement

• Proficient with Preparing scorecards, Data for MBR, QBR, Quality Reviews, etc.

• Have an understanding of Process Improvement techniques, trained on Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and certified

• Must have run process improvement projects and understands the continuous improvement model

• Create Quality strategies, initiatives, materials and maintain a database of all the records.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in process excellence role

• GB/BB Certified

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and confident public speaking skills.

• Process modeling, Flowchart, Data analysis, FMEA/Risk Management, Cost analysis

• Understands Stakeholder Management and should be a Team Player

• Knowledge and understanding of Sales amp; marketing

• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
