This is a very entry level position. This candidate can be straight from college.
1. Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
· Analyze project data to evaluate market potential and come up with recommendations.
· Perform a variety of quality control checks to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systems
· Perform database queries (SQL server) and program data analysis as requested
· Gather and prioritize user requirements
· Maintain existing reporting tools, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across company
· Perform and/or manage user acceptance and regression testing
· provide technical support on reporting tools
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 year of professional experience working as a data analyst or data scientist is required
· Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming is strongly preferred
· A proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as SQL and Excel, including demonstrated analytical skills to solve business issues.
· Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, such as R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
· Create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexible
· The successful candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, and is able to translate complex concepts concisely
