Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the business analyst on an Agile development team with co-located and/or remote developer & QA resources.
- Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating user stories, documenting process flows, grooming the backlog, and managing sprint delivery.
- Assisting in Test Strategy, Test Plan.
- Preparing documentation.
- Requirement analysis.
- Knowledge in Software Testing.
- Assisting with On-site/Offsite team.
- Provide input to planning for future roadmaps based on experience and team velocity
- Ensure the agile team understands the priority of requested deliverables
- Validate application functionality by engaging in design reviews and test case reviews and completing acceptance testing
- Deliver projects on time
- Collaborate with other team members
Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate with 2-5 yrs applicable experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Presentation skills
- Meeting facilitation skills
- Follow established team processes
- Ability to drive continuous improvement based on experience in successful delivery in Agile teams.
- Utilize data analysis tools (MSSQL, UltraEdit, SOAPUI, Postman, LiquidXML, Others) as needed
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Access, Visio, Outlook
