Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing Training on the Global Product Approval application that is linked to Windchill.
- Product Approval (a modified CN)
- Certificate Management
- Giving Hyper care on the GPA introduction
- Identify the Triage issues given by the users (training or system issues).
- Enhance training material were needed (base will be given)
- Track user response
- Provide KPI on usage
Must Have Skills
Windchill PLM, Agile Scrum, Requirements Understanding, Requirements Management, Client Communication, Scrum ceremonies
Nice To Have Skills
Agile SDLC, System Wire framing, Testing
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis and on Windchill PLM
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed functional & non-requirements.
- Experience in creating detailed user stories, with all the detailed parameters (Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, etc.).
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Experience using Jira or a similar Project Management tool.
