- To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management
- To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
- To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
The engineer would be providing the following service:
They must provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering cost-effective technological solutions to the organization.
Install and maintain equipment and software:
desktop engineer’s setup client workstations for specific projects. They configure end-user software, hardware and upgrade existing client desktops computers for best efficiency..
Knowledge of windows operating system, ADS Directory services , Anti Virus support , setting up new peripherals into a domain, user level management and support is essential
The key criteria would be :
1) Graduate s: BA BCOM B Sc only ( NO BE or B Tech candidates
2) Unmarried : pref under 25 years of age
3) Local : from the city or nearby
4) Should have done a 1 year certificate from Jetking or any other good hardware or training institute
PayScale : Rs 14-15 000 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
