• Bachelor s / Master s degree in Data Analytics,Information Technology or Computer Science or equal, with hands-on experiencein managing Data Analytics applications and platforms in a global set-up
• 12-15 years of total working experience in asimilar role, ideally including
• Experience in Managing global platform andapplication used across the big scale enterprise.
• Excellent Leadership and People Managementskills with experience in managing team size of 50 FTE and more.
• Experience to handle several projects, servicesin same timeframe.
• Experience in working with multiple vendors insame projects.
• Know-how and working experience on at least 4technologies within SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Technical and Functional Modules,TABLEAU, SAC, QLIK, CELONIS.
• Working experience of SAP HANA Data Lake andpreferred would-be know-how of Snowflake.
• Expertise with data mining, data management,statistical analysis, and data presentation.
• Strong Hands-on experience in Data Engineering,Data Quality, Data Federation and Governance
• Experience in working with different culturesand geographies.
• Experience of working along with C leveldirectly or indirectly.
• Clear, logical, and effective verbal/writtencommunication skills.
• Organized, ability to work independent andwithin a team to achieve given objectives

• Develop data governance and standards, assureusage of correct software tools with security.
• Ensure support for developing operating modelsand appropriate delivery methodology for all the opportunities within SiemensEnergy.
• Ensure selecting the correct team with skills,experience and know-how for any open requirement or issue.
• Ensure flawless operation of several platformsand Application with high quality and performance.
• Assure to facilitate correct channels andrequired guidance for Architects and Designer technically and non-technically.
• Support and drive decisions in situations withdeadlocks and split opinions within teams
• Contract Management, Change Management, RiskManagement, Resource Management, Budget Management and User Management.
