Job Description:
- Understanding business processes and elicit the business requirements based on organizational objectives.
- Evaluating the information gathered through business process description and task analysis.
- Understanding and documenting the technical designs as well as the specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts, procedures, processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Preparing requirement specification and Functional design documents using:
- o Business Objective
- o Process maps
- o Data Flow Diagrams
- Drafting presentation in PPT format as per company requirement
Desired Skills:
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and external parties.
- Acting as an interface between business units, compliance and technology teams.
- Technical know-how for new edge technology is preferred.
- Good knowledge of system and application and system
- Brief knowledge of cyber security is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written skills are important.
- Analytical Problem Solving.
