Provide technical support for Production issues and resolve tickets.

Work collaboratively with QAs, Product Owners, Business Analysts and DevOps team members to deliver business requirements

Integrate the solution into the SAP Commerce platform as an extension

Build stability and ensure quick responses to situations esp. in a DevOps environment

Develop an overall understanding of the landscape within the team

Essential Requirements

At least 4+ years of experience in Information Technology domain with a minimum of 2+ years working on Hybris, preferably also Operational experience in supporting a business critical application

Sound Knowledge on Backoffice,Impex,Cloud Commerce.

Strong expertise in debugging, log analysis, Product development and support, GIT and general exposure to CI/CD tools

Experience in cloud technologies, building RESTful webservices, Agile methodology and Product mindset

Strong communication and team working skills

Keen to learn, expand knowledge and skills, explore new technologies and solutions
