JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities –
- Mainly annotate relevant ESG data for various companies and data metrics at the SGA ESG automation team
- Work for an ESG Automation team involving regular brainstorming in articulating diverse ESG ML models
- Engage with Machine Learning engineers to understand their queries and incorporate suitable changes in the model training or algorithms
- Worked on various ESG data metrics for in-depth analysis and pattern recognition
- Conducting a detailed quality review of the model results for the process enhancements
- Transform data into actionable insights, identify patterns, trends, relationships, and clusters in the data
- Work in a team to achieve or improve model accuracy
- Work on various POCs and Pilot activities which would include in-depth secondary research and
analysis
JOB REQUIREMENT
Skills and expertise –
- Minimum 2+ years of ESG experience
- Experience with data collection operations – secondary research; deep knowledge of handling ESG, climate, and sustainability data
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to transform data into actionable insights, identify patterns, trends, relationships, and clusters in the data
- Prior exposure to quality review teams (ESG data delivery) is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Python, or Data science tools are an advantage
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Fluency in spoken and written English
