ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic :

• Building an understanding of Schneider business and impact of pricing levers and other levers related to launch of any offer across products in Transactions business, to improve business performance
• Performing analytics using advance excel and BI tools to provide performance reports related to discounts, price improvements, new offers to Offer/BD Managers/PAEs on monthly and quarterly basis
• Gathering internal intelligence on pricing/offers and other relevant analytics, and using it to present insights to Leadership team to help drive strategy
• Produces actionable & compelling recommendations by interpreting, exploring, identifying and communicating insights discovered within complex data sets.
• Conduct predictive analysis to create various what-if scenarios to drive Marketing organization strategy

Operational :

• Supporting complete CMBD Team with Revenue & Sales Performances for all Activities and all other related Reports (New Offer, Backlog, Ageing, Margin, Medium Offer, Busway Partner, Delta P / SD )
• Organizing Monthly Review /Cadence Meetings, Preparing & Consolidation of complete deck for Leadership connect / Review meetings/ calls
• Act as a bFO Champion for CMBD function : need to Providing access to all New Joiners & Reactivation of deactivated accounts/ Creating Reports & Dashboard as per Business Requirement in bFO(ED,LVB , MOMA, OEM, PB)/KPI’s monitoring and necessary action to be taken in bFO for CMBD/ Opportunity Pipeline management / Won ,Loss , Hit rate Analysis.
• GSA, SA, MCTA Segment Handshake process for AMSP – complete ownership, organizing meetings with each Segment stakeholders for target setting/Publishing & tracking Monthly performance for all Targeted Accounts & Overall Segment.
• Preparing & Managing Margin dashboards for PP & FD Activities in Power BI

Qualifications – External

Academics & Qualification :

• Engineering / Finance graduation with requisite experience in similar function. MBA/PGDBA/ Data Analytics Certification would be an added advantage.
• Candidates having similar experience & exposure in Techno Commercials/ Business Analytics roles would be preferred.Roles and Responsibilities
