As a data scientist, you will conduct statistical data analytics and ML modelling, to create a deep, rich understanding of each customer s needs, and thereby a hyper personalised experience for them. Your goal would be to use the power of big data and advanced computing to predict the next best action for a segment of one.

The role will carry a high level of commitment and responsibility for driving business outcomes. To do this job well, you should be an exceptional problem solver, self-driven and inquisitive, with a keen interest in solving business problems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Bring together big data from different sources to orchestrate an analytics/ ML project

• Analyse the data to identify hypotheses and variables useful for modelling

• Develop and improve predictive models to drive hyper personalisation. Productionise these models as required

• Build/ Improve the analytics/ML environment

Desired Skill Sets:

• 2-5 years of experience on business analysis / data science

• Strong fundamentals in statistics probability

• Experience in exploratory, causal and predictive analytic model building

• Comfort with Advanced Excel, SQL queries and Python

• Data visualisation and presentation skills

• Ability to work with cross functional teams, and work with ambiguity

• Understanding of the wealth management domain would be a plus, but it is not essential
