Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists in planning and designing business processes; assists in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
- Assists in developing and modifying systems requirements documentation to meet client needs.
- Interact with the business heads to understand their requirements & provide insights.
- Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills.
- Liaising between technology teams, support teams and business unit. Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole.
- Responsible for maintaining the Key Stroke documents for all the processes.
- Substantial experience in delivering projects of various sizes and functional complexity
- Sound knowledge of project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and supporting program management.
- Solid understanding of date manipulation and database construction and usage.
