Education

• Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Computer Science/Engineering or a related domain

Experience

• 5+ years of overall experience as a Data Engineer/Data Scientist – must
• Demonstrate advanced working knowledge and 3+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms – must
• Advanced expertise and 3+ years of experience in R or Python – must
• Expert knowledge and 3+ years of experience in database administration (Oracle/SQL Server) and scripting (PL-SQL) – must
• 2+ years of experience in exploratory data analysis and data visualization using tools like Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau etc – must
• Apply engineering knowledge in developing data-driven algorithms for anomaly detection, failure prediction, and optimization – must
• Knowledge/Experience of AI/ML platforms like Dataiku DSS, Azure Machine Learning, RapidMiner, Amazon SageMaker etc – must
• Prior experience and working knowledge of database integration/data migration using scripts/ETL tools – preferred
• Knowledge/Experience of Oil and Gas related data – preferred

Other Requirements

• Able to work in client facing projects in any part of India
• Strong oral and written communication skills – able to work in a multilingual environment
• Able to confidently explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Effective decision making using diverse approaches
• Ability to deal with a high-pressure environment and demanding deadlines
