The IT Technical Support Analyst – SAP will be responsible to record & resolve the incidents and service requests encountered in the use of Sartorius Group SAP ERP System. The goal is to solve and troubleshoot technical issues in the end user support area and manage the resolution process.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Record and resolve incidents and service requests encountered in the use of Sartorius Group SAP ERP System

• User Administration activities – New account creation and editing the Existing accounts in SAP

• SAP SD End to End Implementation and roll out on Projects

• Support on SAP Functional modules like SD, WM, PP and FICO

• Transport management through SAP Solution Manager

• Monitoring SLG1 Activity – Every month end

• Creating and modifying knowledge articles and keep them up to date

• Basic knowledge on SAP scanners (HHT)

What will convince us:

• BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / B. E / B. Tech in Computer Science with at least 3-5 years of experience in SAP ERP support

• Hands on Support experience in SAP SD Module and Integration

• Good Understating on Org Structure, Master data, Purchasing, Consumption Based Planning

• Must have Strong knowledge on SAP SD configurations

• Basic Knowledge on SAP PLM

• Experience on SAP Solution manager

• Basic Knowledge on SAP S/4 Hana

• Experience with Ticketing tool – Service Now

• Good competency level covering SAP functional modules skills that are needed for 1st and 2nd level support

• Strong competency in troubleshooting of SAP Tickets and requests

• Phone support skills along with Remote support
