- Ability to work on large volume, variety and velocity of data and transform it to generate insights
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the bigger picture.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
- Multi-tasking on multiple projects on tight timelines occasionally.
- Monitor and maintain regular reporting qualities for both manual and automated outputs.
- Ensuring data integrity, collaboration and innovation in the business process.
- Working on process simplification, consolidation and standardisation of different process
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree or Master Degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of progressive experience mining large complex data sets, using a variety of advanced techniques and data transformations.
- Experience in Apptio System will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Excel Reporting, Data Management, and excel formulae is preferred.
- Strong Project and process management experience
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Keenness and urgency to learn about the company and the business units business, and insurance industry in general
