Own the entire ML development process from data collection, model development, and productizing it

Design and implement ML algorithms and techniques using data analytics, text analytics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Develop data ingestion pipeline and design dashboard

Collect or extract data from different sources and processing, cleaning and validating it for further use

Periodically test and retrain ML/AI models to adapt the best model for problem statements

Collaborate with the development team to put models into production and keep monitoring the performance of the models.

Should be able to work independently

Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field

At least 3 years of experience in developing NLP and/or Computer Vision solutions

Strong in fundamentals of statistics, probability theory and Linear algebra related to Machine Learning and Deep Learning

Proficiency in various NLP tasks like text extraction, entity extraction, refining existing NER models, document understanding etc.

Hands-on experience with either of NLP models like BERT, GPT-2, GPT-3,etc

Experience working with AWS,H2O platforms

Strong development skills in C++ / Python

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Tens or Flow

Experience in deploying cloud-based solution is a plus

Publications in top ML conferences or journals is a plus

Experience in managing Project Delivery is a plus
