ElderONE

ElderONE is dedicated to providing the entire continuum of medical care and support services to seniors age 55 and older with chronic care needs. ElderONE services allow seniors to maintain their independence in the comfort of their home, without compromising their health or safety.

ElderONE features center-based services, clinics, religious facilities, and in-home care in a variety of unique settings, including urban, suburban, and rural areas to serve a diverse participant population.

ATTRIBUTES

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3-5 years analytics or business related experience preferred
• Computer skills including advanced use of Excel, Access, Sequel familiarity, EPIC and/or TruChart EMRs preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Reporting. Leverage available tools to automate and streamline manual reports. Recommend, deploy and manage the implementation of business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting tools. Gather and confirm user requirements for various analytics projects
• 
  Process Improvements. Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes. Use Excel functions to maintain and develop/maintain operational tools (e.g. Pivot tables, Slicers, V lookups & H lookups)
• 
  Critical Thinking. Effectively uses critical thinking skills and attention to detail to conduct a thorough analysis of market values, affordability, and internal operational factors to make programmatic recommendations to leadership.
