Business Objectives And Key Project Details
- Report into the innovation team
- Some of the solutions used in day-to-day operations
- On-shelf ability – predicting what items aren’t on what shelves so that they can ensure they don’t lose revenue by missing sales. Then figuring out root-cause.
- 90% at Wal-Mart is great, but what if they could get to 91%
- Account Managers take orders in stores. There may be 100’s of items for them to count. Could take ~30 minutes to count.
Job Responsibilities
- Some projects in innovation phase – more POC
- Some projects in build phase – really working with the data
- Testing – work with partners to modify, improve, etc. w/ pipelines
Expected Hours/schedule/remote/flex Time
- Preferred to be based in Atlanta
- If an amazing remote candidate, would need to be in one of 11 states they do business
- Haven’t figured out what they’re going to do post-Covid – hybrid now
