Roles and Responsibilities
- Tracking and collation of all sales data
- Data Analysis
- Reports generation for RBM, RBE & other stake holders
- Training the retail staffs in data analysis and interpretation of data
- Maintaining daily sales updates for the region
- Store wise retail metrics tracking
- Mapping all achievements against estimated target for the region
- Regular updates to RBMs on metrics.
- Price & weight band wise analysis for all categories
- Supporting RBM in setting stock norm
- Identifying stock gapsfor all stores
- Generation of all relevant monthly reports for the region
- Periodic boutique visit to audit the entire MIS reporting system
- Training the retail staffs in data analysis and interpretation of data
Desired Candidate Profile
- Male/Female Graduate with 4-6yrs of experience in handling MIS function
- High proficiency of working with advanced excel including pivot table, V-look up and other advanced functions
- High on business acumen
- Work exposure in similar kind of industry
