Job Location: Noida
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Resolve varied and interesting client requests relating to the full range of RMS models and products
- Typical timeframes range from hours to a few weeks
- Requires a mix of research, problem-solving, model data analysis/interpretation and troubleshooting
- Work alongside experienced colleagues to resolve more complex requests
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming client requests and communicate directly with clients to progress requests
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the following areas (prior knowledge not required)
- RMS catastrophe models – the science behind them, how to use the associated software, interpreting their output
- Relevant data manipulation tools, such as Microsoft SQL Server, a coding language (R) and mapping software (QGIS)
- How our clients in the (re)insurance industry use RMS catastrophe models and products
