Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver HR Management information reporting and analysis within SLAs and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Analyze the data and interpret it in a cohesive manner
- Analyze and maintain all HR System access & build database for all employees
- Coordination with the team to collect the data & ensure relevant documentation is available
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advance excel, PPT with ability to effectively and efficiently manipulate and analyze data.
- Experience with SAP, Tableau
- Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools.
- At least 3-5 years of similar experience in an HR domain
- Education -Master degree or equivalent
