What will you be doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining visually impactful Tableau dashboards to enable data driven decision making

• Effectively communicating actionable insights to global stakeholders

• Working closely with key stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve any data concerns

• Identifying opportunities for improvements in our data quality and reporting

• Supporting team members with data analysis and visualization projects

What we re looking for:

• Experience building dashboards using Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

• Experience using SQL to retrieve data from large data warehouses

• Experience in website analytics (ideally Adobe Analytics)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills with close attention to detail

• Ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience of cloud-based data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift)

• Experience of reporting and presenting in PowerPoint

• Experience of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Experience working within the Financial Services industry

• Understanding of marketing analytics e.g. attribution, channel analysis

• Additional programming skills (e.g. R, Python) are a plus
