Job description:

Python Technical Developer/ Lead (Python + MySQL + Web Scraping ) will be responsible for efficient web scraping/web crawling and parsing. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in web scraping and data extraction along with the ability to communicate effectively and adhere to set deadlines.

Responsibilities-

· Develop and maintain service that extracts websites data using scrapers and APIs across multiple website

· Extract structured / unstructured data

· Manipulate data through text processing, image processing, regular expressions etc.

· Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

· Manage testing and bug fixes

· Structure and manage database for analyses, collaborating with U.S. thought leaders to shape the upcoming reports

· Manage data by proper data integration and management to all aspects of achieving data and analytics result quality.

· Continue and build on our work by automating the data pipeline on our data science/ BI platform

Qualifications-

· Good knowledge in Python, MySQL

· Good knowledge in web scraping and APIs

· Familiarity with some scraping tools like BeautifulSoup and Selenium etc

· Good troubleshooting and debugging skills

· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

Requirements :

· 5+ years of work experience as a Python Technical Lead / Deputy Manager / Project Lead.

· Sound understanding and knowledge of Python and My SQL

· Experience on web crawling, scraping (Scrap, BeautifulSoup, Selenium) and web application development using Django Flask Framework

· Experience in leading and mentoring a small team.

Preferred Skills:

· Basic knowledge & experience of programming in SQL Server / MySQL – T-SQL and stored procedures.

· Knowledge of reporting tools – Power BI.

· Knowledge of ETL tools would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
