This position will execute overall strategies aimed at both reducing risk with the Collins Digital Technology (DT) environment and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements & policies. Efforts will focus on compliance across DT applications, infrastructure and ERP environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate various internal & external Digital Technology (DT) compliance assessments
• Partner with both, auditors and members of the DT organization, in defining assessment scope, validating audit findings, and supporting the business to develop appropriate remediation actions.
• Lead & execute special DT compliance projects including developing project approach & plans, tracking progress and managing issues.
• Support leadership in developing a strategic vision toward a matured future state of the Collins DT Compliance program including the investigation of a Compliance dashboard for quickly identifying compliance deviations, and building out the compliance cybersecurity program

Basic Qualifications:

BTech with 2+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance
