Job Description :

• 3-8 Years of hands-on Experience as a Teradata Developer.
• Should have thorough understanding of Teradata Architecture.
• Should have expertise working on queries and complex joins, tune the complex queries.
• Understand requirements and convert them to Teradata scripts using complex SQLs.
• Understanding of workload management on Teradata systems to minimize impact of mixed workloads, optimization of BTEQ/SQL Queries in a complex environment
• Help establish processes, procedures, and best practices for writing SQLs.
• Working knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile Software Development.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Evaluate and improve existing Teradata systems
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
• In depth knowledge of data warehouse tools and technologies.
• Experience with Data Mapping and Modelling
• Experience with Data Analytics tools
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
