Roles/Responsibilities

• Understand their current workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, Data platform including but not limited to Data lake, Data warehouse, real-time integration.
  
• As the Associate Cloud Data Specialist, you will create architecture and build Next Generation Cloud data analytics platform using AWS cloud.
  
• Ability to draw end to end reference architecture stitching together all the required layers based on customers need.
  
• Should be able to create and implement architecture with minimal hand holding.
  
• Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and frameworks to expand our platform capabilities.
  
• Research, analyze, recommend, and select technical approaches for solving exciting and complex development and integration problems.
  
• Associate Data Specialist will be responsible for creating end to end solution and accountable for deploying the solution with assistance from Tech Lead and Senior Data Specialists.

Requirements

Hand on experience required:

• Good hands on experience with AWS services on Bigdata.
  
• Hands on experience/POC on Python is must.
  
• The primary focus is on Data Engineering toolsGlue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, PySpark, Spark, EMR, Dynamo DB, Kinesis
  
• Basic understanding on AI/ML solutions.
  
• Good to have PoC/Implementation exposure on some of the AWS ML services
  
• Knowledge on Snowflake will be added advantage.
  
• Working experience with version control platforms e.g. Git

Qualifications Criteria

• Bachelors degree or equivalent Qualification
  
• Relevant POC or Training experience 1 years.
