Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
Roles and Responsibilities
– Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end investment management business processes, the required data to support these processes, and the data quality issues that may impact the business on an on-going basis
– Work with Business Analysts, Data Governors to assist in onboarding data, strengthening Taxonomy, building end to end metadata lifecycle in Data Governance tool
– Ensure processes and standards are built and adhered to – in day to day work – escalating issues and coordinating internally
– Ensuring that data governance operations, onboarding related issues are reviewed and corrective & preventive actions are taken
– Analyze potential process gaps and drive improvements. Streamline process and Automate mundane work.
– Build control around content by providing right access levels to users, Audit process
– Test and explore new features available in tools to recommend better usage. Identify potential issues/ bugs and report to the manager
– Build process flow and design documents to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
– Monitor the BAU requests, Data Request (Service Now) & Email requests to track status. Build periodic reports and metrics to see the trends and status
Desired Candidate Profile
– 3+ years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations will be preferred
– Experience with SQL, API, Python, metadata tools Axon, EDC, Collibra will be preferred
