Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring/answering email questions that come through the incident management system
- Liaison between Finance, Controllers group, Business groups, Production support, and the rest of the groups in the Shared Services Office
- Create and update SAP FI master data objects such as GL account, Cost Center, Profit Center with supervision
- Escalate requests and issues to the Production support team for requests related to master data needing RTR configuration
- Perform periodic clean-up of projects, close projects that are inactive, mark inactive projects for deletion
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business preferred
- Experience in a multi-location company
- Prior experience in ERP accounting system
